We accept cash and most U.S.- and internationally-issued credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and UnionPay
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase; after 7 days, all sales are final. All returns are for store credit only and must be accompanied by a Hill & Dale Records receipt.
Customers returning a record that is sealed may receive store credit. We do not accept returns for opened/unsealed records. If a vinyl record is defective, we will offer an exchange for an identical item in stock. If the item is not in stock, customers will receive store credit.
All returns of defective vinyl records and/or audio equipment and accessories are subject to approval by a store manager. Vinyl records will be inspected and played to determine if they qualify for a return. Vinyl records with minor packaging defects or warping that does not affect sound quality will not be accepted for return. Items damaged by heat, sunlight, or mishandling after purchase cannot be returned.
We will not accept returns of audio equipment and accessories that are not defective.
Sales of all posters and photos are final.
Sales of vinyl records that are discounted and/or marked as opened are final.
All sales of gift certificates/cards are final. No refunds.
We cannot guarantee that customers will enjoy the music or recording quality provided by the recordings we sell. Personal taste does not qualify as a reason for return.
