Returns of vinyl records must be made within seven (7) days of purchase, After 7 days, all sales are final. Returns of vinyl records are for store credit only and must be accompanied by a store receipt.
No returns for opened/unsealed records. Customers returning sealed records may receive store credit. If the store manager determines that a product is defective, we may offer an exchange for an identical item; if an item is not in stock, we may offer store credit.
Returns of defective products are subject to store approval. Vinyl records will be inspected and played on the store’s equipment to determine if they qualify for a return. No returns for any vinyl records that play well on store equipment. No returns for items damaged by heat, sunlight, or other mishandling after purchase. Records with minor packaging defects and/or warping that do not affect audio quality will not be accepted for return. No returns for non-defective vinyl records that fail to play on “budget” turntables (e.g. products sold by Crosley, Victrola, Steepletone,).
No returns for posters, photographs, non-defective audio equipment/accessories, discounted vinyl records, and all Record Store Day special releases. Sales of these items are final.
Sales of gift certificates/cards are final – no refunds.
We do not guarantee that customers will enjoy the music or recording quality provided by the recordings we sell. Personal taste does not qualify as a reason for return
